How Do I Access or Set Up My Hosted Webmail?

This documentation only applies if Local Image hosts your email account. If you are not sure or would like us to host your email, please Submit A Ticket (you can use the form on this page), and we’ll be happy to talk to you about it. The Email Help Tool guides you through the setup process from start to finish. The tool automates the setup process for supported email accounts and clients or provides instructions for manually configuring your client.

We strongly recommend you use the Email Help Tool when setting up new devices.

Manual configuration settings

If the Email Help Tool doesn’t offer instructions for your mail client or if you want to set up your client directly, you can manually configure your email client or device as well. To learn more about the differences between IMAP and POP, see IMAP and POP mail protocol comparison. We recommend using IMAP for the incoming mail connection.

Can You Help With Managed Microsoft 365?

Yes, we provide set up and management of Microsoft 365. If you currently have your Microsoft 365 account hosted with us please submit a ticket and we will be happy to help. If you currently have Microsoft 365 and it is managed else where please feel free to Submit A Ticket and we will be happy to talk about having us support you with management.

If you can’t find your login credentials, try the lost password link at the following:

Can You Help Me Edit My Website?

Absolutely! Whether you need help implementing a new page, developing a new form, updating content, uploading photos, or anything else, we can help! If you’re on our $39 per month hosting service, we can assist you for an hourly rate of $150 (charged at $37.50 per quarter-hour).

Advanced Users can find information about editing in Divi and make changes to their website at their own risk. Please be aware that our hourly rate will apply to fixing anything that might get broken.

How Can I Reduce Spam Emails on My Hosted Webmail?

If you submit a ticket, we can take steps to more aggressively filter your incoming emails.  This could potentially block a very small percentage of legitimate emails as well, and so is off by default.
